Do you partake in agility, flyball or any working sports with your dog? An adequate warm up and cool down regime is crucial to maintain peak performance and prevent injury. We have partnered with a canine sporting and rehab conditioning coach to provide an in-depth workshop to all sporting and working dog owners that you can bring your own dog and practice!
Event Overview
🎾 We will run through an informative presentation that covers the importance of warming up and cooling down. We will dive into the science behind our carefully selected routine and its role in canine injury prevention and peak performance.
🎾 You will then be provided with a selection of exercises for you to then practise with your own dog under the guidance of a sporting conditioning coach and vet physio.
🎾We have curated an optimal routine for you to implement in the form a hand cheat sheet if you wish to purchase, or if you book before the 3rd Feb, this will be provided for free.
